Vessel type and length, location, intended work and your target dates are a useful start. Current photographs and previous maintenance records help the assessment.
Duration depends on scope, existing condition, material supply and execution requirements. A programme is prepared after assessment and agreement on the work list.
Agree from the start how scope changes, additional costs and effects on timing will be approved. Include any areas you particularly want checked in your enquiry.
Share the current marina or shipyard in your first message. Inspection and execution requirements are discussed according to location and scope. Kartal is our contact office.
Material choices, product warranties and workmanship conditions vary by project. Clarify the scope, manufacturer documents and handover information in writing at the proposal stage.
Yes. The scope can focus on a particular area, such as teak decking, paint, interiors or technical systems. We first consider its effect on other areas and the access required, then agree the scope together.
Maintenance focuses on preserving the yacht’s existing systems and operational condition. A refit brings renewal, repairs and changes across relevant areas into one project. The yacht’s condition and your priorities determine the appropriate approach.
